Sharing the space with the amazing Healthy Living Centre therapy centre (www.thehealthylivingcentre.co.uk) this shop has a carefully chosen range of superb, mainly organic groceries, our fantastic takeaway range from our own kitchen, and loads of special diet, gluten free and raw foods. In the other half of the shop we stock large ranges of superb of truly natural body care including Alva mineral make-up, Jason, Dr Hauschka, Raw Skin Food, Yin Yang and Weleda plus the best food & vitamin supplements and herbal products including Viridian, Terranova, Nature’s Plus, Biocare, Nature’s Answer, A.Vogel, and Nature’s Own.

With the Healthy Living Centre providing complementary therapies from the same building, with around 50 therapists practising, we are truly able to offer a complete service for all our customers' natural health needs.
