Treated unfairly

OK I'm from England asking for help as I had a water infection I sat in the car park of your medical centre waiting for a phone call for over 2 and half hours then when I eventually got my prescription I was told it had to be signed I waited another half hour then I was told no doctors avaliable to sign to go back I went back again after 2 hours and still had to wait 200 mins for my prescription it was my birthday as well!?? I just want to say I thought Wales was surposed to be part of England!?? I got treated apallingly
