We have 4x4 hilux as our family car. We booked tip as car when my husbabd arrived was refused entry. Its impossible to get an appointment on wednesday. He works till 6pm , tip closes 4pm. We pay our council tax like everyone else. What are we supposed to do . Penalised for having our type of car , not a commercial business car . Dudley mbc disgusted.
