Unprofessional crook

DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON. He was given my 30 year old Rolex to repair the bracelet by a friend. Without permission or getting a receipt he handed it to another jeweller who's business mysteriously 'burned down' My watch (with a lot of sentimental value) was lost forever. I am heartbroken.This unprofessional rude and arrogant individual refused to replace it with a new watch and strung me along for a year. No apology or admission that he had even done anything wrong. I am told that 'nobody gets receipts because that's not how things are done' and 'accidents happen.' Eventually, after having to consult a solicitor and a fight I have finally been sent a second hand version as a replacement ...someone else's watch. I can"t even look at it. I hate it.
